| Shipping & Handling Policies | DUE TO FACT THAT MANY OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE IN LIMITED QUANTITY WE SHIP ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ORDER WE WILL DETERMINE AVAILABILITY AND IF WE CAN FILL 60% OF ORDER WE WILL SHIP AND CANCEL WHAT IS NOT AVAILABLE. YOUR CREDIT CARD IS NEVER CHARGED UNTIL YOUR PRODUCT IS PACKED AND READY TO SHIP.WE APPRECIATE YOUR COOPERATION.
Shipping Method: FEDEX is our standard delivery method. If you are active-duty US Military stationed overseas, your shipments are delivered by US Air Mail.
Active-Duty US Military: Orders from active-duty US Military personnel, shipped
to APO and FPO addresses, foreign- or domestic-based, is the same as domestic
S&H.
US Military Orders — Worldwide
For All Active-Duty US Military Personnel... Active-duty US Military orders,
worldwide, are shipped to all US Military APO and FPO, stateside, ship to shore,
and US Embassy addresses and we accept all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, Discover.
Currently we do not accept orders outside the USA (except active-duty US
Military personnel).
Shipping & Handling Charges for US Military Orders Outside the Continental USA:
Shipping & Handling (S&H) for orders from active-duty US Military personnel
stationed outside the USA (shipped to APO and FPO addresses) is the same as
domestic S&H. No additional charge! Shipping
All orders are shipped FEDEX. Please allow 10-15 business days for
delivery. In the event of a delay, you will be contacted. SORRY WE DO NOT SHIP TO POST OFFICE BOXES.
Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, may require adding an additional $25.00 to
the normal shipping fee. IF WE CAN REDUCE OR AVOID THIS EXTRA CHARGE WE
WILL.....PROMISE!!!

Return Policy
It is the policy of Fort America that if you are dissatisfied with our product
return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and
cannot be worn or used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14
days of the date it was shipped. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded
minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be
returned if error was on the side of Fort America. Please include a copy of the
shipping document that came with the order.
To request a return you must:

return.
We will e-mail you a authorization number, instructions and address for return.
Once we receive the item/items we will credit back your charge card.
